As a Partner at Mizrahi Legal Solutions (MLS), Eren Karataş advises clients on intellectual
property and commercial law. A registered trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and
Trademark Office, Karataş works with domestic and international clients in Turkish, English
and French.
Karataş’s practice covers trademarks, copyright and industrial design, ranging from portfolio
management and TÜRKPATENT filing and opposition proceedings to intellectual property
disputes and commercial contracts. By taking both the legal and the commercial priorities of
clients into account, Karataş develops practical, workable solutions.
